The Service Department provides technical phone support for all equipment ever manufactured by The Minster Machine Company. They are available to assist you in your technical questions on operation, maintenance and trouble shooting. They also will coordinate on-site field service assistance with a qualified Minster Serviceman.

Service also provides training programs for customer personnel. Custom programs can be developed for any equipment manufactured by The Minster Machine Company or standard training programs are available. All programs are presented by qualified personnel at Minster's Customer Education Center in Minster, Ohio or in your facility.
