Dynamic Thin Material Roll Feed
The Dynamic Thin Material Roll Feed is uniquely designed to process a wide variety of lightweight and delicate materials including thin metal, thin plastic, paper, cardboard, textiles, rubber, packaging material, foam rubber, felt, etc.
Material is fed between two pressure rollers treated with an acid and oil-resistant coating. Pressure is applied to the upper and lower sides of the material while the unique pivoting roll pressure system works with left and right air pressure regulators to allow material to track through the feed rolls squarely. Long edge guide rails prevent damage, even to the most delicate materials.
