The Dynamic Zig-Zag Gripper Feed offers dramatic advantages in stagger feeding as compared to other zig-zag feeds which tend to be mechanically complex and difficult to operate and maintain. The Dynamic Zig-Zag Gripper Feed is completely automated, using proprietary software interface techniques to calculate and set up all machine paremeters quickly and accurately.
The X-Y movement allows parts to be nested in a staggered pattern for optimum material yield and, unlike any other stagger feed on the market, the Dyanmic Zig-Zag Feed allows you to automatically calculate your best pattern for optimum material yields in seconds.
Designed for optimum performance, the Zig-Zag Grip Feed utilizes the mechanical advantages of the stanadard Dynamic servo feed, set up in a dual axis format. A linear ball screw and an AC brushless servo motor in each axis provides high torque and maximum pulling force. The powerful Dynamic gripping system uses one-way rollers to grip material on the forward stroke and hold it on the return stroke.
