The Dual Energy Drive option provides the flexibility of two presses in one.

Run high speed progressive/blanking dies and lower speed transfer/draw dies in the same press.

The Dual Energy Drive provides the capability to operate the press as a single-geared machine or a double-geared machine. The double-geared mode of operation provides full energy to very slow operating speeds making it useful for deep draw and transfer applications.

The single-geared mode of operation provides the capability to operate at higher speeds with full rated torque and energy. This is useful for high production, progressive die and blanking operations. Mode selection is made via the control panel.
