Minster'sE4H HeviStamper provides the power of four-point stamping with extreme accuracies and faster speeds.

Better Accuracy By Design
• Only Minster uses link--driven eccentrics eliminating tolerances and problems with manufacturing and timing of gear teeth associated with eccentric gear presses. In addition, gib clearances, angularity and parallelism are improved by at least 2:1, resulting in greater accuracy, part quality and die life.

Ability to Stamp High Tensile Material
• The overall rigidity and improved stiffness of the E4H result in a 100 percent higher reverse load/snap thru rating than typical four-point presses.

Better Stopping Time
• The E4H utilizes a patented hydraulic clutch/brake unit giving the user three to four times better stopping time (enhancing in-die stamping), better single stroking rates, and zero backlash.

Quick Lift Slide (Another Feature Exclusive to Minster)
• This feature enables quick and easy access to the die area for inspection, material threading, jam clearing; and it eliminates the need for hydraulic tie rod nuts.

Faster Speeds
• The Minster E4H will run faster than any other four-point press ~ period.
