Your relationship with Minster just begins with the purchase of a new press. Minster’s service organization provides customers with a competitive edge by having a team of knowledgeable service supervisors and field servicemen for product support.

Our service supervisors are available for phone support to respond to technical questions and to schedule on-site service. These supervisors have access to equipment records containing all original specifications and past service and parts activity for each Minster serial number, providing quick response to inquiries.

Minster’s field servicemen are available for on-site service support for a variety of customer needs including: new equipment installation, preventive maintenance, equipment audits, diagnostic support or troubleshooting, repair and rebuilding. In order to better and more quickly respond to our customers' needs, Minster has trained personnel located throughout the United State, Europe and Asia.

Minster’s service organization maintains an open line of communication with Manufacturing and Engineering to enable us to respond effectively to any field problem. All service activity (both warranty and non-warranty) is tracked, allowing us to detect and analyze trends as they develop. With this information, we are able to constantly improve the design of the machines we build.
