Vamco International Joins Nidec Minster

MINSTER, OH – Nidec Minster Corporation Chief Executive Officer, David Winch, announced today the acquisition of leading high-speed feed innovator and manufacturer Vamco International, Inc. headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA.

The company employs more than 45 people globally, from two locations, who proudly manufacture equipment and service their customers in more than 30 countries.

Vamco Chief Executive Officer, Bryan Gentile, and his leadership team will continue to lead the product brand locally from Pittsburgh, PA, and manufacturing will also continue from this facility. In addition, Joe Gentile (former CEO) will serve the company as a consultant.  Both Nidec Minster and Vamco are eager to begin expanding the sales and service support that their customers receive.
