Building on its reputation as a leader for customer services, Nidec Minster Corporation operates a dedicated repair parts facility.

The operation features dedicated machining centers specialized for the production of repair parts, and a personnel team solely focused on meeting customers' repair parts needs.

Minster has historically shipped 80 percent of repair part orders within 24 hours. To reduce our response time we have dedicated a separate operation that will help improve part lead-times.

Besides maintaining its own machining capabilities, Minster's repair parts facility will maintain its own segregated inventory of frequently requested spare parts.

Minster also offers technical phone support, on-site field service, component repair, remanufacturing, training, and 24-hour emergency response to support customers' needs.
