Blank Loading and Unloading

Commercial robots and intelligent servo-based actuator technologies are specifically designed to present blanks into and/or retrieve finished blanks out of the die space.

In being able to offer our customers a complete solution, Minster can also provide stacking and de-stacking capabilities complete with automatic pallet exchange. Stack height repeatability and blank orientation can be realized through vision systems.

Commercial robots and intelligent servo-based actuator technologies are specifically designed to allow finished parts to be automatically off-loaded from the stamping operation onto pallets or into bins.

Automated pallet conveying systems are also available for a completely hands-free operation, thus maximizing efficiency and throughput.

Scrap Removal

Minster is able to provide a customized scrap removal solution that can not only effectively move scrap from the work center, but can also direct it within a facility to its final destination.

A process lubricant collection, filtration and recirculation system can be incorporated with any scrap removal system.
