MEXICO CITY -- Nidec Press & Automation will be sharing news of a major customer service facilities upgrade in Mexico at the 2018 at FABTECH Mexico event May 2-4, at Centro Citibanamex in Mexico City.

Nidec Press & Automation has begun construction on a new and expanded Service Center in Querétaro, just a few kilometers to the west of its current facility. The new facility, which is expected to be in operation by the end of the year, will more than double the available space.

Expanding on its existing services in Mexico, Nidec Press & Automation's new Service Center will allow for complete remanufacturing of larger presses, in addition to space for complete component rebuilds.

The repair parts warehouse will be greatly expanded to include common replacement parts for Minster, Vamco, Arisa and Kyori products. Additional staffing is being added, including an Arisa Technical Support Manager and four technicians.

Customer service personnel will be available in the Nidec Press & Automation booth (608) to discuss service products, solutions and opportunities in Mexico and the region.

Featured products at FABTECH Mexico include Nidec Press & Automation's affordable gap and D-frame MMC press series. Known for their versatility and ease of operation, MMC presses are available in stock for immediate and short term delivery.

Product information will be available for high speed Kyori presses; Minster mechanical and servo presses; automotive stamping solutions from Arisa; and material feeding products from Vamco.

Nidec Press & Automation will also have information about an impressive inventory of used material forming machinery available for immediate delivery.

Fabtech Mexico BoothVisitors to FABTECH 2018 will also learn about innovative software developments. Field Hawk is an IIoT mobile application for remote production monitoring, and Optiservo, a software developed by Nidec Arisa, matches the movements of your servo press to transfer tasks, in order to achieve increased machine performance.
