Building on its reputation as a leader for customer services, Nidec Minster continues to upgrade on the machining capabilities of its dedicated repair parts operation.

The operation features dedicated manufacturing facilities with machine tools specialized for the production of repair parts, and a personnel team solely focused on meeting customers' repair parts needs. 

Nidec Minster has historically shipped 80 percent of repair part orders within 24 hours. To further increase our response time we have exchange programs on larger components that will help minimize downtimes.

Besides maintaining its own machining capabilities, Nidec Minster's repair parts facility will maintain its own segregated inventory of frequently requested spare parts.

Nidec Minster also offers technical phone support, on-site field service, component repair, remanufacturing, training, and 24-hour emergency response to support customers' needs.
